Thai Yoga

Thai Yoga Massage balances the energy systems and increases flexibility, strengthens joints, and improves posture. Thai allows for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Thai is performed on a large thick mat in loose and comfortable ´┐╝clothing. You are taken through a sequence of passive yoga-based stretches which incorporate palming & thumbing along the energy lines. I use my hands, feet and legs to gracefully move you into these passive postures. This is a massage, not an exercise.
