Reiki is an energy bodywork. The Japanese word means universal energy. A session lasts between 30-60 minutes, in full clothing. I place my hands in certain places on or just above your body, remaining still for concentrated energy to flow. I have been attuned by a master Reiki practitioner to create the channel within which universal energy flows. Reiki works with your physical body and the unseen subtle bodies surrounding and inside your physical body (what people are often referring to when they say aura or chakra).
